Guess it's time to write a new journal!  Have been having lots of fun doing some new projects (art and otherwise).  Unfortunately I still can't get the scanner to work, so until I can get access to one then all photos uploaded will be from my phone.  

So far got two gift arts done to send to friends, but I need to do several more for a couple more people!  Also going to start working on a new tattoo design for my cousin Joe, its going to look RAD if I am able to pull it off!

On another note I am totally in love with My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.  I put off watching the show even though I was aware of it, I thought it might be a little too childish (gosh imagine me thinking something is TOO childish).  However, thanks to a friend I started watching it on Youtube and fell in love with the show.  I was big into the original My Little Pony as a child, so its no surprise that I love the reincarnation.  The show is made by the same people that did Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends (another good show I need to go back and watch again!).  

My next big purchase that I want to save up for is some sort of tablet, preferably a Wacom...but those are pretty expensive.  However I know that with some practice I can do digital art just as well as traditional, but drawing with a mouse is just way too tedious and nearly impossible for me.

Also looking forward to practicing with my new Sakura Koi watercolors, now that I know how to properly stretch watercolor paper I am hoping to start some new paintings soon!
